# NomaSports

> NomaSports is a voice assistant for the body, for iPhone. It reads sleep, movement, food and training from Apple Health, a watch or just the phone, works out what is normal for that person and says in plain words what to do today. Over time it remembers what worked for them. It is made for ordinary people, beginners and women, not only for the gym. Made by R.SPACE TECHNOLOGY LTD, UAE. English and Russian.

NomaSports (one word, nomasports.com) is an independent product and is not affiliated with other companies, clubs or restaurants that use a similar name.

The site is static, English first, with a Russian version of every page. Pages carry canonical URLs, hreflang pairs and structured data (JSON-LD: Organization, WebSite, MobileApplication, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList), and are listed in the sitemap.

Status as of 3 November 2026: the app is not in the App Store. The founder tests it every day. The conversational voice assistant is in a private test and is switched on only for the founder. Its memory (short notes the person asks it to keep) is on in the test, for the founder only. Nothing is sold, there are no prices, and no money is accepted through the website. There is no release date to quote.

## How addresses are built

- English pages have no prefix: `/about`, `/nutrition`, `/partners`, `/invest`, `/investors`, `/contact`. The home page is `/`.
- Russian pages add `/ru` in front: `/ru/about`, `/ru/nutrition`, `/ru/partners`, `/ru/invest`, `/ru/investors`, `/ru/contact`. The Russian home page is `/ru`.
- No `.html` and no trailing slash. Each page names its pair with hreflang, and x-default is the English page.
- Articles live at `/learn/{slug}` and `/ru/learn/{slug}` and have their own sitemap (`sitemap-learn.xml`). The hub is `/learn` (Russian: `/ru/learn`).

## What it does

- Voice: a Noma button in the bottom bar. Tap it to talk, hold it to talk like a walkie-talkie. "Call by name" is optional, with a name the person chooses. Short commands (a set, a glass of water, open a screen) are understood on the phone.
- It answers out loud in a voice the person picks from 17: 10 English and 7 Russian, women's and men's. The voices are AI-generated (ElevenLabs).
- On first launch the voice is set up before the first reply: the microphone, the voice and consent to AI.
- Food by photo, label, barcode or words; water; a supplement counter; blood-test upload (results stay on the phone).
- Body Book: compares a person's own days and states a finding only with enough data and a clear difference.
- Personal experiments: one safe change for 14 days (for example no caffeine after 2 pm), compared with the person's own 14 days before. An observation, not proof.
- Smart Food (in development, nothing on sale): adds only what an ordinary day of food is missing, such as water and salts around training, protein and carbohydrates. Not a menu.

## In private test (founder only, not in the App Store)

- Talking in your own words: the assistant understands free phrases, asks a short question when something is missing, asks for a photo of the packet with the barcode, logs food, water and a goal, and undoes on request.
- Sessions for any activity: "going to yoga", "playing padel", "going for a ride". It notes the start and the end, then shows the time and, if the phone measured them, steps and distance. While a session is on, the lock screen shows it.
- Packet photo: it reads the barcode or the label, asks how much was eaten and counts that amount.
- Assistant memory: short notes the person asks it to keep (a goal, a food preference, an allergy), at most 30, stored on our server and removable by voice ("forget ..."). On in the test.
- Saved products: after a photo of a label or barcode it keeps the product's name and numbers (calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates per serving), at most 20, so it does not ask again. "Forget my protein" removes one.
- Photos in a conversation: up to five at a time, shown in a tray with a remove button; they go to the assistant with the next phrase.

## What it is not

- Not a gym app. The gym is one case of load; running, court sports, swimming, yoga, cycling and walking count the same way.
- Not a doctor. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If a person mentions pain, an injury or medication, the assistant gives no advice on it.
- Not a diet plan or a menu.
- Not for sale yet. No prices, no release date, no promised results. Nothing on the site is an offer of securities.

## Data (summary; the privacy policy is authoritative)

- The microphone is off by default. It listens while the button is held, during a conversation and during a session the person started. With "Call by name" on, it also listens while the app is open on the screen.
- Speech is recognised on the iPhone. The recording never leaves it.
- When a phrase needs more than the phone can work out, its text goes to an AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI), and only after the person agrees. Name, email, weight, sleep hours, heart rate and cycle are not sent with it. ElevenLabs turns the answer into speech. The text of the conversation is not stored on the server. In the private test, notes and saved products that the person asked to keep are stored on the server (see above) and are deleted with the account.
- Sleep, pulse, steps and weight from Apple Health or a wearable are kept in the person's account, so the history survives a new phone.
- A barcode is looked up by its digits only in the open Open Food Facts database. Food photos are read by an AI provider and not stored afterwards.
- Blood-test results stay on the phone. Data is not sold and not used for advertising.

## Not for indexing

- `/research`: private research notes behind a password; it returns 401 without one. Disallowed in [robots.txt](https://nomasports.com/robots.txt).
- `/api/`: server functions. Disallowed in robots.txt.
- `/deck`, `/404`, `/confirmed`, `/open`: service pages with `noindex`. The PDF decks are served with `X-Robots-Tag: noindex`.
