Every morning it tells a person what their body needs today, and why. On day one it is an app. A year in, it holds the only accurate description of that person in existence, which is why they stay and why this is hard to copy. The app is live, the nutrition line is in research, and every number on this page comes from the production database. None are projected.
The centre is not a product. It is one person: how they sleep, what they did yesterday, what their body needs today. Everything else grows on that spine.
Recovery from your own baseline, today's weight, sets by voice, water and protein with a heat adjustment, the day's plan, machine recognition by photo. iOS; works without an account and offline.
Not a tub off the shelf: a product assembled for the day from the person's data. Two products first. Nothing produced, nothing sold until a specialist signs the formula and a pilot has measured it.
Videos tied to the exercise, not the influencer. Groups, challenges and meet-ups by gym. A marketplace where only verified buyers can review. No ads.
Data from Apple Health, WHOOP, Oura and the phone itself, plus what the person does in the app. Signed rules decide load and targets, and an AI only puts the result into words. The plan is one line per moment. The product carries it out. The person’s response (how it sat) closes the loop, and it is the one asset nobody can copy with a recipe.
Small numbers, all real. The app is not in the App Store; builds are installed by hand.
The app has been running on real data since 19 July 2026. Retention cannot be measured on a group this size and we will not pretend otherwise. We track three things: how many come back the next day, how many come back after a missed session, and how many reach a third workout. The second number is the one that matters — it answers whether the app brings a person back to the gym.
Signed rules decide load and targets. The AI gets short reasons, never raw measurements, and an allowlist and automated tests enforce that. A user or a regulator can check it.
Every rule about the body carries a named signature. Finished features wait for a specialist's name rather than guess. A product used to promising will not learn to stay quiet later; ours started quiet.
Sleep and pulse from the person's devices go to no outside AI. What a person photographs or says (a label, a report, how they slept) is read by a model, checked by code and confirmed by the person. Blood-test results stay on the phone. Health data lives in separate tables that only narrow functions can reach. Guest records move with the person when they sign in, and never to anyone else.
No patents filed. The defensibility is the method and the growing record of individual responses.
The daily line, recovery, nutrition plan. Built; not yet switched on for sale. Founding partners enter free and get partner pricing when subscriptions open.
Sellers run their own shops inside the app; we take a share of sales. Reviews only from verified purchases.
A product the app chooses for the person's day, on repeat. The highest-margin and most defensible piece — deliberately built last.
| Category | Where they stop | NomaSports |
|---|---|---|
| Trackers — WHOOP, Oura, Garmin | A score, then silence; a journal to fill every morning | Turns their data into today's action; at most one quick question in the morning, by voice or one tap, and it can be switched off |
| Nutrition apps | Counting is the product; most people quit in weeks | Protein and water targets, a plan, no counting |
| Sports-nutrition brands | The same scoop for everyone; the buyer guesses why | A product chosen by the person's day; signed formulas |
| Workout apps and personal trainers | A plan for a month, not a weight for today; PT cost | Today's weight from last time and last night, with the reason |
Public release. One hundred people in partner gyms: two weeks on their usual routine, six weeks on the plan, published whatever it shows. Measured retention replaces zeros.
A sports scientist for training rules, a nutritionist and a food technologist for formulas. Four finished product surfaces ship the day the signatures land.
Two products, one pilot, one report. Athletes only after that; a certified professional line only with results.
The main bet — that an app which writes to you first brings you back to the gym — has not been measured. Seven people do not answer that question. The test is eight weeks with a hundred people in partner gyms.
Today the training and nutrition rules carry the founder’s name. That is a deliberate limit and we do not hide it: until a sports physician approves them, several finished features stay switched off.
Where a fitness product ends and a medical service begins is being decided now in the UAE. We build inside the line and do not diagnose or treat — but the line can move.
Formulas, registration, manufacturing and a pilot are outside our proven skills. That is why the line comes last and with partners.
No rounds closed, no institutional investors on the cap table. The money goes in this order, by what unblocks the most: a methodologist and clinical review; the first partner gyms and a test on the first hundred people; formulas, registration and the nutrition pilot; Android and runway until we know the retention answer.
