Sports nutrition · planned line

We don’t sell protein.
We build your nutrition.

Every tub in the shop is the same scoop every day for everyone. Your body isn’t the same every day. NomaSports is building nutrition that follows your training, your sleep and the heat — and a product line to deliver exactly that.

Rest of the daynormal food

How a day could look. The products are concepts; the logic that would choose them already runs in the app.

The idea

Nutrition that changes
with what you did

A gym session, a two-hour run and a rest day in August are three different days. The same shake doesn’t fit all three. Adaptive nutrition means: what you take today depends on today.

Strength day

Protein and creatine after the session, water through it. Not a carb load you don’t need.

Long run, tennis, cycling

Carbohydrate and sodium by the hour, fluid by the hour, and a formula your stomach can take at minute ninety.

Rest day

Protein, fibre, controlled energy — and most of the day, ordinary food. Nothing to buy for a day you didn’t train.

The app already knows what you lifted, how you slept and that you live in a hot climate. That is the same information that will pick the product.

One goal, one mode

Cut. Maintain. Build.
Perform.

Four modes of one system — not four different tubs. You pick the goal once; the mode sets how much energy, how much protein and what to leave out.

Cut

High protein, controlled energy, enough fibre and volume to feel full — satiety by food structure, not by anything pharmacological.

Maintain

A balanced protein meal. The one you take when you simply want the day covered.

Build

High protein, high energy. For the person who cannot eat enough.

Perform

Fuel, fluid and sodium around a long effort — set by the hour, by the heat, and by how you took it last time.

Losing weight gets more protein, not less: when energy is short, the body takes what it is missing from muscle, and protein is the one thing that stops it.

A format that is not on the shelf

Not a tub for the month.
Food assembled for your day.

Sports nutrition today works like a shop: product first, person second. We go the other way: first what the body needs today, then the form to deliver it.

An engineering principle

The way food is made for people who cannot afford to get it wrong: a complete nutrient profile at minimal complexity, nothing extra, nothing missed. Not a “food of the future” powder — ordinary food with everything accounted for.

One profile, any form

A drink, a pouch, a cream, a bar, a full plate. Which one is decided by the moment: after the gym, on the road, on the day there is no time to cook. The profile built for you stays the same.

A batch of one

First a technologist and a dietitian set the formula for a group. Later it is set per person: the same signed formulas, assembled from your data. That step happens at the plant, not in the app, and it comes last, not first.

Whether we make it ourselves or with a partner is decided per product. What does not change: a formula under a specialist’s signature, independent testing for those who compete, and the app’s data as the only way a product gets chosen.

The line — concepts

Few products.
One nutrient profile, many forms.

A drink, a pouch, a chew — the profile is what matters, the form is whatever fits the moment. Two products first, the rest when the first two have earned it.

WATER · first

500 ml. Hydration and clear protein; electrolytes in the heat; creatine in a separate version. The one you can show in a gym, not just in a kitchen.

MEAL · first

One pouch, add water, a complete meal. Not an eight-hundred-calorie gainer — a proper meal for the day you have no time to cook one.

FUEL

Carbohydrate and sodium for the long day out. Sized by the hour: take one for thirty grams, two for sixty. Flavours that rotate, because by hour three nobody wants more of the same sweet.

RECOVER

Protein, carbohydrate, creatine and electrolytes after the kind of session that needs all four.

SHOTTY

A protein dose you can eat like a sweet. Two pieces, one portion.

We left the amounts blank on purpose. A food technologist and a dietitian will set every formula, not us on a web page. They will check absorption, amino-acid profile, fibre, micronutrients and what can legally be claimed.

Chosen by your data

The app picks it.
Not the shelf.

Connect what you already wear — Apple Health or WHOOP — and tell us one thing: your goal. From then on the app knows the session, the night, the heat and how the last one went, and says which product today, or none.

You will never be told to drink our product on a day you don’t need it. A rest day says: ordinary food. That is the difference between a nutrition system and a subscription to powder.

Today the app already sets your protein and water for the day and raises the water target with the heat. These rules are signed and working, and the product line will plug into them.

The ruleThe same person, three days, three answers. None of them “buy more”.

Your body learns it, we learn you

After every session, one question

How did it sit? Bloating, heaviness, too sweet, still thirsty — a single answer. Twenty sessions later the app knows your stomach doesn’t take a high-carb formula in the first half hour, and the plan changes.

Tolerance is a product parameter

Not a side effect. People want more carbohydrate during long efforts and don’t want the stomach that comes with it. We will treat the second as seriously as the first.

Your normal, not the average

Two people take the same drink in the same heat and feel differently. The plan follows the person, not the population.

Nothing leaves

What you answer stays with us, in the same isolated place as the rest of your health data. No AI vendor sees it.

What the label will not say

No “burns fat”.
No “suppresses appetite”.

Those claims sell tubs and cannot be stood behind. The label will say what is in it and who it is for, and nothing that a regulator or a doctor would have to argue with.

Pro lineIndependently certified for sport

For anyone who competes, what is not in the tub matters more than what is. The professional line will carry independent banned-substance certification before it carries anyone’s name.

How it gets proven

A pilot before a launch

We will not claim the line improves anyone’s training until it has been used and measured. The order is fixed.

1 · Formulas with specialists

A food technologist and a dietitian set the recipes. Manufacturing and registration where we sell. No product exists before this step is done.

2 · A hundred ordinary people

Different goals, different sports. Two weeks on their usual food, then the plan. Recovery, sleep, training, tolerance and adherence are recorded and published, whatever they show.

3 · Then athletes, then the pro line

Only with results in hand. Not “try our protein” — “the same system, at your level”.
